A room in my parents’ house in Tokyo, where I set foot for the first time in 10 years. 10 picture diaries were discovered on a bookshelf in the corner of the room.

This zine contains 28 days of events from the picture diaries from June 2001 to February 2002.

To rediscover the fascination of the diary as a ‘secret experimental device’ that allows us to connect with our personal worlds across time and space,

and to celebrate the silly and awesome 6-year-old girl.
